Q.What is the difference between Junk Removal and Dumpster rental?

A.Junk removal involves Junk Chief's team coming to your location, handling all the lifting and filling of the dumpster, and then hauling it away. Dumpster rental, on the other hand, requires customers to fill up the dumpster themselves before it's picked up.

Q.What items does Junk Chief not accept?

A.Prohibited items include hazardous materials, paint, liquids, tires, batteries, asbestos, hand sanitizer, and electronics. Customers are encouraged to reach out to Junk Chief if unsure about specific items.

Q.Are there any hidden fees for dumpster rentals?

A.Junk Chief provides upfront pricing that is paid upon delivery after signing a contract. The contract outlines potential additional fees for prohibited items and overfilling charges.

A.Yes we offer same day service, however this is subject to availability.

Q.What payments do you take?

A.Cash, check, and Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Q.What if we need to cancel?

A.All cancelations on dumpsters need to be cancelled more than 24 hours prior to delivery. Please call our phone number 732-714-5000 and our staff will be able to assist you. If not given proper notice there will be a $150 processing and delivery fee. For junk removal appointments that need to be cancelled we politely ask for 24 hours notice.

Q.Do you require a deposit?

A.All dumpsters must be paid in full, prior to delivery. All junk removal requires 25% of the quote for deposit prior to start of the job. Upon completetion the rest of the bill is due.
